Lots of classes and clean gym
I enjoy the indoor pool exercise program. Especially the instructors on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Something for everyone
They are great
The ladies shower is constantly shout down.   
Aside from that, I like the Y very much.
Although, I only use the pool 5x a week for exercise at 8:15 a.m. I find the yearly cost for a single person is very expensive.

Aquatic classes are great, instructors are knowledgeable
active in the Aqua Fit and Aqua Zumba classes. Have also taken the Aqua Combat and Deep End classes. All have been beneficial and all instructors for the water programs are great.

I really enjoy the workout classes. Specifically the high/lo and high fitness classss taught by Nilza/Sam and Ally as well as the barbell class on Sunday mornings with Alyssa. It was the barbell class with Alyssa that really jumpstarted my fitness journey and I think it was because it is such a good class and Alyssa is such a great instructor and person. It made me want to try and do more classes which is how I found the high/lo fitness class first when Sam taught it on Tuesdays and again Sam is just so welcoming and the class is fun that it made it easy to jump in. And then I added the other high fitness classes on Thursday and Saturday. But honestly I only come for the classes. If it wasn’t for them and these specific classes I wonder if I would feel different.
I go for the water aerobics but all of your offerings are very impressive!

Stronger Together
A good variety, convenient times. Something for everyone.
Love that you have so many options for water aerobics/aqua Zumba on almost a daily basis. Also love your water walker, family times in the pool. The Foxboro Y generally doesn’t have free swim on the main pool and the family pool is not deep enough to do these types of activities.
I like the group yoga class, but feel additional classes should be added. The size of the Wednesday morning class with Joanne is too crowded!
I live the inclusive and welcoming environment at the Y. There are programs for everyone, toddlers to elders.
Variation
There are many activities that you can do. Ther gym has many stations and free weights. The staff is very helpful ,and the facilities are kept clean
Classes seem good. The facilities are good. Appreciate the opportunity to swim or run the track.
The yoga. Holly and JoAnn are amazing yoga, teachers, and people. They have developed a powerful, caring yoga community at the Y.
Also love JoAnn’s meditation, Holly’s Qigong and Carol’s yoga classes.
