I really love the Litehouse Family YMCA!
Lowell is such a nice community. I especially like the fitness classes and the instructors are so encouraging.
All the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. They are always smiling and willing to help.
The locker rooms and equipment are kept in great condition and always clean.
Only opportunity I am seeing is for standardizing the plate placement on the bench press machines. It seems like we may have too many of one size, or members not placing them in the traditional/most effective spots on each piece of equipment.

I like the people that work out there. In general, the long time people that work out are very nice to hang out with. I also like the locker rooms.

You have really great instructors for classes, a very clean facility (bathrooms, gym and class rooms). Although there are perks of a bigger gym, I like the cozy feel walking through the door. I'm also impressed with kidzone. The caregivers are courteous and good with the kiddos. My toddlers really enjoy going.
The Litehouse YMCA is incredible. It is a loving community of people who are friendly and supportive. The facility is always clean and welcoming. I am so proud to be a part of the new Litehouse YMCA staff! ❤️
