The employees are the kindest, most helpful , and informative you can find. The new building is always immaculately clean. I feel very comfortable there and I hope everyone else does too. From very young athletes to seasoned athletes. A wide variety of classes to meet most needs!! I love the very early morning body pump class and the full body strengthening and stretching class on Fridays at 5:30 am. I've heard great things about the child care.
Have only been for yoga class. Clean class area, rest of Y seems very clean as well, friendly Front desk, staff, and great instructor (knowledgeable, friendly, encouraging) in yoga class!
The Litehouse Y has a lot to offer as far as classes and work-out equipment goes. It is always very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Tyson runs this so well. The kids learn the basics without becoming bored or overwhelmed. They scrimmage, the have fun, and they leave still liking soccer.

Love the yoga teachers - Wendy and Dawn - and that the studios are open for use when classes not in session. The parking and getting in/out of this location is very easy.
