The yoga studio could use a few more blankets. Sometimes they run out.
Everyone is so kind and supportive. Everyone is approachable and helpful about the equipment and knowledgeable. I love that they offer childcare. All of the teachers are attentive and caring. They are hyper aware of the safety of the kids.

I've had a phenomenal experience at this location starting my membership last month. The woman that is running the child watch is amazing and so friendly. It is the only reason I’m able to get a workout in with being at ease knowing my child is in great hands. I’m really excited to try out the classes. I love that you can go do InBody scans every month or few months. Also, the cleanliness of the gym is always great and exceeds expectations.

Great facility for the entire family. The kidzone is amazing. The communication with parents is awesome! They take great care of the kids. We love the open gym on Wednesdays for the kids too. The barre class is top notch and I wish their were more times available or at the lowell location. Spin class is always a great sweat and fun experience. We live in lowell but we go to this gym because of the classes provided
Instructors are friendly and the free coffee is a nice treat after a workout.

I love the fitness for life classes but for the last few weeks the temperature in the studio has been too warm. Is there a way to make the temperature the same as the main workout room?

ALL STAFF SO FRIENDLY!!! We have been Y members over the past 30 years. Have recently started going back the Lowell branch It is truly like "family" there. From the Front desk when you are warmly welcomed, to the lovely day care. My grandson loves his friends there. I feel I'm part of a club. Assistance is always available to answer questions and assist you. So glad we are BACK! Jim and Suki Fleet

My wife and I joined our local YMCA in Lowell a few weeks ago and we couldn't have been more excited! Joining a gym was something we always talked about but something about joining any sort of gym felt intimidating. Not the case at all at the Y in Lowell. That vibe has always been super friendly. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Working out at times in the past has felt like a chore, but here I look forward to it. Keep doing what you are doing! I know we are new to this game, but if we had to make one request at this time, would be to get a rowing machine(s). We would love to add that to our workout. Thanks again for adding us to your family!!!
