Love the facility. The only issue is the lack of air conditioning in the locker rooms. Until that can be resolved, fans could be provided to move the air around. It's very uncomfortable after a shower.

I do know that you are losing older adults due to the classes being to tough for them so, it would be great to add some for older adults or those with disabilities.
The little ballers program was great. Our daughters had so much fun. Both coaches were very patient and amazing with the kids!
staff is always very welcoming when you enter the building. A very clean facility and the equipment is always in working order. very much a judgment free zone. The Kid zone staff is top notch. we refuse to take our son to any other branch based on how much the caregivers are like family there. The reason for the 9 and not 10 is only because I would like to see other styles of equipment there like a Jacobs ladder, plate loaded leg press and so on. Everyone deserves a break that including the staff but would love to see child care on Sunday's. that being said they have done an amazing job with the space they have. and highly recommend this branch to anyone.
Everyone is very nice. I enjoy the classes and love how kind and professional the daycare area is. I feel really comfortable leaving my toddler there and he really enjoys his time.
The instructors for the group classes are so welcoming and provide a great atmosphere to learn in.
I would suggest having some kind hand sanitizer dispenser available somewhere between exiting the kids are and the front door.
My kids and I love it here! Everyone is super friendly, it's very clean, and most importantly, the ladies who work in the kids zone are amazing - I feel good about leaving my kids with them when I get my workout done.

I like the local friendly atmosphere. Staff is great! I like the smaller footprint of the facility. Christine and staff are open to new ideas and activities. Very cool. It is definitely family friendly. So many activities for kids and parents.
The exercise equipment is excellent and always in great shape. The facility is clean and inviting. My experience at the Litehouse YMCA has been wonderful. I would recommend this Y to everyone!

Amazing kidzone staff at the litehouse Y. I would be thrilled if this location started offering kidzone date nights like the other greater grand rapids locations
Christy gave me a great picture of what the Y had to offer and a very compelling talk about why I should be there three times a week. I have as yet to find time for this but will be there more.
I enjoy the early morning classes. Free coffee after a workout is a nice reward and something I look forward to having.
Its convenient to my location and staff are very helpful.

Attended the Yin Yoga class on Saturday morning and was highly impressed with the instructor Dawn Price. Great class and she was super knowledgeable and welcoming. This location was beautiful!
