I like that their showers and bathrooms are always clean. I enjoy swimming and using the hot tub, but more than anything I love the friendliness of your desk people. They make me feel very welcome.
Altough lately they have a new person by the front desk that does not seem as friendly as the younger ones. She is an older person that works towards the end of the day. I am not sure what her name is. The times that I had greeted her on my way in or out of the gym, she simply does not acknowledges me. I am surprised to see that she will say something to the people walking behind me. It makes me think she might have a problem accepting other ethnicities. It is a shame, because for almost 9 months I have been a member at YMCA Wolvering no one has ever treated me like that!
Family friendly place
Come meet new friends and see the results from exercising
The staff, the people who I work out with and the great a atmosphere.
Staff, instructors, facilities, and most important, our Y friends!
Best instructors & staff anywhere! Such a friendly environment. Seem to listen & make changes based on client input
The front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming. I wish I would have gotten her name! We need more interactions and staff like that! :)
Friendly staff, great equipment, and ample room to workout.
I love the YMCA! It is a little bright spot of sunshine in my life.
Everyone is so friendly. My kids love the classes and their instructors and we're quick to make friends with their classmates.
The childcare is the best here of all the ymcas I have been to. I love that there is a big kids area in the same room, sectioned off but still accessible, same with baby area and I just think their toys are nicer here as well.
Pool isn't great but it's toasty warm. They have TWO family locker rooms.
Great vibe. Parking lot always full.
I have used the outside walking trail a few times. Most fitness places only have indoor walking options. It's a little more affordable than last gym I went to. I like that In can use a different location for the pool/hot tub if this one is down for maintenance.
The quality of the facility and group exercise classes are only second to the friendly staff and members that make the WWW Y a true place of community.
Great staff, friends who share same activities. Welcoming place!
The Wolverine Worldwide YMCA is a welcoming, friendly community.
I start every day at the Y. I enjoy a taking a variety of classes and swimming. I have met so many wonderful friends, instructors, and staff.
I like the friendly atmosphere. The staff and instructors are welcoming. I also enjoy seeing the regular morning workout crowd hard at work.
i like going there. I have met a lot of nice people. not as big or crowded as other Y's.
Teachers are amazing with the kids. My boys get so excited on their YMCA days
YMCA in Rockford is great but furthest Y from my residence or I would be there much more
We love the community, staff is friendly and consistent (we get to know them, not too much turnover). The programs are good, our daughters love taekwondo with Alivia Brainard and I’ve had a good experience with Ryan personal training.
Workers are amazingly friendly and helpful!!!
The staff are always welcoming and friendly.
Always able to get thru my workout without waiting.
The only complaint I have are the parents at night who let their kids run around the track. My reflexes are not what they used to be and the little ones cut in front of me without warning.
Love coming to the Y! Best part of my day😊
Friendly staff and great childcare
Love that you are open until 9 again!!!
Amazing gym!!!
The fitness classes!
I enjoy and appreciate everything about Wolverine Worldwide YMCA! From walking in the door and being warmly greeted, to the opportunities to contribute to my community during the holidays and through out the year, to the vast aray of equipment, the beautiful diversity of members, the incredible cleanliness of the facilities - it all makes it easy for me to show up and take care of my health. I love my Y!!
It is a very clean and friendly environment.
The comraderie, friendliness, the massage therapist and caring attitude of the staff!!
