I use the fitness center weekly and swim in the pool in the winter. The facilities are excellent, well maintained and plentiful so there is rarely a need to wait to use the equipment I want. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. it is also very convenient to my home. I have been a member since 1989.

Friendly staff members and a variety of workout options provide flexibility for my ever changing schedule. My husband and I particularly like the e-Gym circuit training, that allows us to keep track of our improvement in strength, flexibility, and biological age.
Bathrooms and showers are clean, and I also like the various community drives for food pantries, half-way houses, sneaker recycling etc. It is really a place that does it all!

All in all great facility great people great equipment. However, you need to increase your Internet bandwidth and Internet connection is very sketchy and spotty. It doesn’t allow for streaming on personal personal devices while working out which would be very handy and very welcome.
The staff are very friendly and personal they keep they keep the equipment really clean.

I've told my wife that if we move away from this area, we can only move somewhere with a nearby fitness center that has the eGym.
Big gym. Good equipment. Friendly staff. Lots of activities and classes available. The pools are there when I decide to jump back in again. :)
