Staff is super friendly, and both the pool and the overall facility are kept clean. I really, really love that the staff keep the doors open by the pool area when the weather is nice. And I really love the sauna too. It's tiny but certainly does the job.
I only have two issues with the facility. The first is with the shared shower area (in the men's lockers): even rudimentary stalls, for privacy, would be so much better. I really appreciate that the locker rooms are closed off to adults 15 minutes prior to swimming practice for the kids, but perhaps setting those stalls up, coupled with a ban on nudity in the locker rooms, would allow adults to use the pool until 4:00 PM, instead of 3:30 (in effect) in order to shower and change in time?
The second issue is with the erratic schedule. It seems like the facility closes at a different time every day (except on the weekend), which makes it difficult to plan your schedule if you can only swim in the evenings.
But overall the place is awesome, and everyone who works there is extremely kind and warm. These are just tiny quibbles really, and I'm sure there are good reasons why everything is set up the way it is. Swimming there is genuinely the highlight of my day—so thank you guys, and please keep up the great work!

The 10 lane pool is amazing and is used by many Teams and Lap lane swimmers. The schedule of lane availability and use is very well kept up to date.

I have no ossues other than dressing rooms/shower has thungs from 3 yes ago that still have not been fixed. Also there are no other activities line our YMCA in Hillsborough.

My primary use of Y facilities and services is the Bridgewater pool. Lap swimming is the popular asset for those of us who use the pool on a regular basis, and after using other available Y pools in the area the Bridgewater pool is best suited to our needs.
The staff is courteous and helpful, the maintenance is short of good (O.K.), but we swimmers just need good shower and toilet service.
My needs are limited, and the Bridgewater Y pool is well suited to accommodate those needs.

Transparency and fairness. Equal opportunity. Coaches are top notch, provide good feedback and are approachable. Great team spirit.
My kids switched to this team before 8th and 10th grade. The level of training is excellent. But the thing that makes it superior is the team atmosphere. Swimmers encourage an push each other in a positive way and the coaches take time to know the kids as athletes and people. Highly recommend.

We are excited to have our daughter start swim school this September. While learning swimming skills at the YMCA, we found the faculty members to be incredibly patient, encouraging, and professional. Their positive energy and dedication have made a noticeable difference in our daughter’s confidence and enthusiasm in the water. We're truly grateful for the supportive environment they create!

The pool is clean, bright, lovely; the music is a great incentive to keep moving. There are plenty of lanes, so sharing is not necessary (though I have no problem sharing a lane). Today I was glad to hear the swim coaches of the swimmers that come early and leave at 9 a.m. to hurry up and move on (they were just talking) so that we adults could get in the water. YAY! Organized, friendly--it's all good. Water temp great too.
The counselors are amazing!

The field trips are great and the perfect way to break up the week. Pizza Fridays make lunch easy for me one day a week. My kid loves the program. She has made great friends and connections with counselors.
Like all branches of the Somerset Ys the Bridgewater Y has a friendly staff. I love the deep cool water in the summer!!
