i have been with osterman for 12 years. i was a little disappointed when i called for service and found out that i had to go thru a local furnace repair company. i had a delivery 2 days ago and never received a yellow sheet to say how much the total delivered was

Used to lease equipment from you, when I bought a Stand-by generator I bought a couple of tanks from the company that installed the generator. I figured you guys would take exception to that, but you didn't. Came out inspected the new tanks (the next day), and took away the old tank and filled the new ones! I believe I will be staying with you guys.
