Thank you for your kindness both at the call center and local office. We purchased a home this past late Spring which you serviced under the previous owner. We we told the propane was for something other things and not the water heater. When we realized the water heater was on propane and down 10% we panicked as my husband is sick and I needed hot water for his care. You kindly came out the next day at no extra change. Someone, a real person, answered the phone. Without pressing 19 buttons or being told that most of my questions could be answered by going to www.wedon'twannatalktoanyone.com. Your extensions have not recently changed and I did not need to expect greater than normal call volume. And they spoke perfect English....well, for New Englandahs! Then they helped me with my issue, figured stuff out for me, delivered like they said they would! Sorry to report this is rare these days...but thank you!
