Please note that all deliveries have to be delivered from Friendship Drive and not from my driveway on Victorian Way. My house is located on the corner of Victorian Way and Friendship Drive and its much easier and shorter making the delivery from Friendship Drive. I was'nt home when your driver made the delivery so I don't know if he delivered from Friendship Drive and not Victorian Way.. Your drivers instructions use to be printed on the delivery ticket, but don't appear to be anymore. Thank-you, Ken Armstrong

Prompt delivery, reasonable payment terms
There was something wrong with my propane meter gage that read full when I’m fact the tank was empty on a cold day the next day I called and they came rite out and rectified the situation by replacing old gage and stayed till I had heating coming from my boiler. They were quick to respond and the office contact person was friendly and helpful and could tell I was nervous about pipes freezing. The service person was helpful and pleasant which was appreciated as i was getting anxious with cold weather coming that night. All and all a good experience all around. Thank you!
