Super helpful on the phone. I’m new to propane and everyone I spoke to told me how much of a nightmare it can be if you don’t have a good company. Osterman’s has been super informative, speedy, and really kind thorough out the process of switching over the account from the old owner to me.

Convenience of having Osterman monitor our propane level and provide delivery when we need it.
We just became a customer of Osterman Propane. We had our tanks replaced a few days ago. They were very professional, hard workers, friendly and polite. We are very pleased.
On the 31st of May, we had our first delivery. Although we were not here, we feel driver #2494 was very good as everything was in its place, etc. He left the envelope at the door. We love the savings we received.
Everyone we have been in contact with have been very helpful and courteous. We look forward to a long relationship with Osterman.
Thank you.
