The Osterman team was great to work with. They went out of their way to get my tanks and associated fuel lines set up in order to get me generator installed by Thanksgiving (very short notice). The workmanship was excellent. The folks were very knowledgeable - particularly a shout out to Bobby Roy who made several emergency trips to my house (to address critical situations that we were facing) and to resolve a perceived issue by the tank inspector that had him fail our inspection - Bobby provided him additional information that made the inspector realize that the point he was rejecting us on was was a misunderstanding on his part of the applicable requirement to be using. The office staff that helped me set up my account were also great about hand holding me to get me through the process. Everyone that I worked/spoke with were excellent at answering my many questions and at making sure that I understood the explanation.

My propane has always been delivered to make sure I have heat prior to storms in the winter. I like the ability to have my bill charged monthly on a payment plan. The customer service has always been very helpful.

Love talking to my local office, I live in Leominster. I called the other day to request a tank fill. I am a person who worries when there is nothing to worry about most of the time. Customer service woman was very helpful with a positive attitude. Since I had money on file for months with you, it scared me when the propane was felled and an amount of $990++ was on the stub that is left. I had deposited way more than that & left it on file with you. Perhaps those info notes left behind should state 'This is not a bill."
