We purchased a house in Granby & installed a new HVAC system with heat & A/C using only propane. When I called to get an additional propane tank I had a lot of trouble finding the right person to speak to given the menu options. After finally finding someone to help I told her about the menu issue & she was very helpful! As for the man that came to install the tanks; he too was wonderful & lovely to deal with 😁 We met a young guy on Tuesday of this week who walked us through the new system & he too was helpful & answered all of our questions! Your billing department has also been easy to deal with & I have found your portal to be very easy to use. Overall I would highly recommend this company to anyone 😁

Everyone I have spoken to has been patient and kind and tried to be helpful. I have never felt that my questions, concerns or complaints are minimized or ignored. Delivery folks have been timely.
When I ordered it on the phone the person I talked to was very pleasant Tell me exactly what it would cost and I appreciated that. Delivery was fast and there was no problems. I received an email from you guys saying on my first fillip of the year they deduct$25 for my total bill I'm not sure if that happened I don't think it did.

We have notice that most of our Nabor's have changed providers base on price!!! We did notice our can's are not fresh we have been with your company for over 20 yrs and we don't feel like family... It's like we receive old and used containers, what's up with that? Please tell me why we continue our service... We stay with you because your service has been like family what happen?

A year ago I accidently let the propane run out!
The woman I spoke with told me I can call for a refill when the needle on the gauge is 40 or below. That is such a a comfort to know. Delivery is dependable. I like that I can still pay by sending a check. All good.
