Well I was upset about how long the process took to set up the account. There were several unnecessary steps I thought. This caused me to be out of gas for a couple of days. But I was so happy with the people I spoke with in my local office. I had no propane and they made sure to get it to me before the weekend. They sent someone out after hours to help get my pilots burning and when we couldn't get the water tank they were sure to fit me in the next morning to get it up and running so my family and I could cook and shower before the weekend. This was above and beyond and turned my experience into a good one. Thanks Palmer office!!!

We have been Osterman customers since 1992. Both in our former Homestead here in Belchertown ,MA and now in our downsized retirement home.
They have been fair to us price wise throughout the years and our hope is that this relationship will continue. Especially now that our income had changed in our retirement.
However we do miss the Osterman 24 hr service division.

I had a service call when I smelled propane. The technician came quickly and was very knowledgeable. He walked me through possible scenarios. Thankfully it was just a loose valve and he was easily able to fix it
