We have absolutely no problems with you but the only reason I didn’t give a 10 is we got charged $100 for not using enough but a couple of weeks later delivery? Also our fireplace has been out of service for over a year as parts are tough to find and hoping to find or replace in January. Due to health we hardly used outside grill but surgeries this year hopefully will take care of this. Sorry for long story but I am old and have time. 🙄🤦🏻♂️👍

I understand Osterman Propane is no longer locally owned. I was always treated with courtesy by the local company. When I requested a delivery recently, the first person I spoke with was not courteous in my opinion. However since I have changed the account to my name, the most recent person I have dealt with has been kind, understanding and courteous.
