Quick service. Our tank was low (we only use the gas for our stove top so not on automatic refill), and they scheduled us for the next delivery. With service like that, we have no intentions of going anywhere else!

Our house had been out of oil since Saturday and it was Wednesday. I had called to set up a new client but was told it would take 1-3 days for a coordinator to call me. I called Wednesday morning and spoke to Heather and kindly told her about our situation. I said how my family (husband, and two year old son) was suppose to cook thanksgiving dinner the very next day and without propane we wouldn’t have a holiday or a stove to cook with until Friday.
Heather stepped into play. She even called the local distribution center to ask them to fit us in.
Without Heather we would not of had a holiday. I really want to thank her and everyone involved for their kind efforts in ensuring we had a holiday.

The fact that you monitor my tanks so that I don't have to worry about when I need to order propane. When tanks get to certain % you guys are always there. I love the new text notifications too so that if I am not home, I know that your trucks stopped by and made a delivery and how many gallons. Every time I have had to call the office with a question, everyone has been super friendly and helpful.
