Your customer service department was very responsive when I called recently. They had someone at my house within about an hour of the call in spite of how backed up your staff was. The person who came to fill the tank showed me how to check the meter and relit the pilot. Very happy with the service.
You always provide ample time for filups to occur before there is any chance of running out of propane.

I was a little frustrated because I tried unsuccessfully several times to check my delivery or make a request through the portal (I have a steep driveway and wanted a delivery date so I could make sure it was plowed the day the truck came) but once I was able to speak to someone on the phone, they were extremely friendly and helpful and professional. I talked to Ashley about my delivery and she was awesome and helped me make a plan to make sure my driveway was ready for the delivery. I also talked to someone from the budget plan area (sorry, I don’t remember her name) and that lady was really nice and helpful too, and I’m very pleased with the budget plan she helped me set up. The delivery plan worked and the driver did an excellent job making sure I had the propane I needed. My thanks to the whole team!

That both you and I can read how much propane I have left, although I was running low and had to ask for a delivery.

I was not happy with my service the first year I signed with Superior Propane. There were multiple issues with the equipment, I was most of the way through the winter of 24-25 when I ran out of fuel because the two tanks were not "talking" to each other even though a technician came out because I was afraid that might happen. I was assured nothing was wrong, until I ran out of fuel.
Then, last summer (2025), I got a notice that I had automatically been enrolled in a Fixed Price Program at $4.599/gal and auto delivery. I never enrolled in that, never asked for it, so I started looking for alternatives. Eventually Superior Propane agreed to a pre-buy at $3.799/gal, but said I had to to auto delivery. When the driver showed up with first time and put in a grand total of 41 gallons, he suggested I talk to the administrative folks and get put on Will Call (which I had tried to do in August but was refused, it was quite an email trail....).
Once I was put on Will-Call last Fall, things worked well, a huge improvement over the previous year.
If I am automatically enrolled in a high-priced Fixed Price Program for next year, I will find another provider.
