and knowledgeable (and if they don't know, they either find out while I am still on the phone or connect me right away to someone who can help.
Russell, who has been delivering my fuel for many years now, ALWAYS delivers on time and is very nice and appreciative when the driveway is cleared for the truck to come; he knows what he is doing and comes in the coldest of cold weather some years.
