I am training with Brynn. She is fantastic!. She uses her expertise to craft a custom workout. Her assessment of my movements and body type enables me to go further with more definition. I have definitely seen improvements in the muscle areas that were the weakest.

I love that Kirk Family YMCA is in the heart of downtown KC! Although they have extensive workout equipment, I love the pools/sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The Kirk Family YMCA has so many neat experiences to offer for every age. One of the many reasons why I love Kirk Family YMCA!!!

Kirk Family YMCA is a very beautiful facility. It was clean, big, and had everything we needed.
I love the building style - one that you wouldn't expect a gym to be in but the architecture is so refreshing. Every single instructor and staff person has been so courteous and patient as I'm new back into the gym. Every single instructor I've had so far has been so nice about providing modifications and accommodations and it's a very low-pressure environment in general!
I usually can get a swim lane when I arrive.
