the wayvi am greeted at the front door in the morning ,the lifeguards that say good morning to me my friends in the pool who are always glad to see me
I like the classes, the locker room, showers and sauna. The front staff is very friendly and many know who I am and greet me by name. I like that members are kept abreast of work being done and spaces temporarily out of use.
There are things I don't like as well. I miss aspects of the "old" Y: Less urgency in wanting to know how it's doing. I miss the little exercize room that was part of the women's locker room. (it had equipment and, very nicely, a television. It was a very open, use-as-you-wish space.) I miss the Holm Room that held some yoga classes. I think there's a lot of emphasis on machines now, though probably a lot of people like that. I could actually go through quite a list, but I know things can't be what I think of as "perfect." Of course I recommend the Y to whoever might be interested. I think it's a great place and we're lucky to have it.
I loved the child care options (kids are grown now), and continue to enjoy the Y’s commitment to members’ needs, the compassionate staff, all the offerings for all ages, and especially the focus on community.
A wide variety of classes and a full roster of facilities.
friendly staff good facility
I enjoy coming to the location. It's clean and accomodating.
Convenient and very friendly
Friendly staff.
I like my trainer, Joe and my yoga instructor Liz
The facilities are good, the pools clean, I could see programs for school children with good, caring trainers; The front desk was efficient and very helpful. I was there on a Vistor's Guest pass as a traveller from India for about 3 hours. Especially the front desk was very helpful, made me feel comfortable, far more comfortable than in a high class hotel.
I like the variety of classes that are offered.
The gym is always clean and as a senior I love to see
all the different age groups exercising.
Equipment, youth programming, availability of adult classes with membership. Appreciated the Y working with me after I was sidelined by COVID and then a rib injury and allowing me to skip a month of payment. Only drawback is some programs offering registration to non-filled programs after the start date but not pro-rating the price. Overall, I love the community feel of the Y and the all-around good variety and decent value for my one-parent, one kid/teen family.
Try he classes and instructors for us seniors are wonderful.

Everything.
We like the coaches and basketballs provided
Everything is good
Staff are amazing! Great options for hours
The small class sizes, the independence they foster in the children, and the quality of the lessons are all reasons we keep going back to YMCA.
Janice, the instructor was in the pool with us at all times, her instructions and one-on-one guidance were so helpful as each persons needs were different. She was always close by to give feedback and support.
Very good
Really incredible and great teacher. We'll keep coming back.
My son enjoys his swimming lesson. The stages of swim are well structured and the progress made in each stage can be seen. Only 1 thing that could be improved.is that sometimes the instructors are not able to give as much 1 on 1 attention that the children may need.
Great instructors and great lessons.
Run well. Fun classes
We absolutely love Claire! She is amazing and very patient. Everyone at the facility are kind and helpful.

Facilities are well-maintained. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Hours are great for all kinds of schedules. Diverse classes are offered and while I don't take advantage of them as much as I should, the ones I do take are excellent. I've been a member for about 20 years and I'm very happy with the Park Street Y.
