Track and facilities in general are great.
I am usually at the Southwest YMCA at least 3 days a week to walk the track. I bring a friend to walk and one of the reasons is the friendly staff at the front desk. Naosha, Kevin & Kaleigh. They help my friend with his YMCA card getting into the Y and are always very helpful if I have a question.
They go above and beyond being courteous with a wave, a hello and a goodbye.
You are blessed to have them as employees

The track
My husband & I walk the track 3-4 times a week, and often use the equipment room too. It is a great place (especially in the winter months) to continue our exercising routines when it is NOT good weather outside.

I enjoy the fact that it is not super busy and I can usually get on a bike/treadmill without a wait.

The Y staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Several things that could be fixed would be a little better heavy cleaning and better upkeep on the hand sanitizer being replaced. Also, please get the second stairclimber fixed ASAP! We are down to one and they are heavily used. Thanks. Jen Last name removed
I love the option of running indoors on the track. The Wednesday morning Running Group with Kelle is wonderful. Kelle is an excellent coach and the camaraderie of the runners makes the workouts fun!
Has everything I need......except I really miss having the pool!!
Love Dan Golden's forever fit class. Great group of people. Dan makes it fun which is the only way I can exercise!

Everyone in the class I joined was friendly and open to my joining. The instructor as well as all the participants.
