Lots of class options, really nice cardio and weight rooms, free swim area. Many of the class instructors are real pros. I wish you were open til 9.
Everyone is very friendly and supportive there. They greet you by your name when you scan your ID and make you feel really welcome. I use the exercise equipment upstairs and I have asked for help in using new equipment and the staff is always very accommodating and eager to help. Also, the place is pretty spotless, and the equipment is appears to be very well-maintained. Love it there!
I like how friendly and warm the staff are and the aquatics center is amazing :)
Youth sports offerings and pool
There's so much one can do there, from sitting down in classes on lots of things, to running one's self ragged on a treadmill. All parts of a human physique can be brought into 'play' to help staying in shape...and the staff there can assist/guide if asked.
And it's not to far from where I live...
A great place for the kids, great staff very hands on. Wonderful activities and much to keep them busy. Wonderful outside activities as well.
