I love the availability of all the different aspects of working out such as the pool ,separate free weight room, a separate room for ellipticals and treadmills. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly The employees are very accommodating and polite The facility is very germ conscientious and constantly on top of the equipment. A particularly like the variety of programs for the kids and also the basketball courts It is not lacking for anything.
Good classes (wish there were more dancing to classic 70s dance music—and Zumba!) —I do love all the instructors at the Fayetteville and Manlius Ys. Good equipment and lots on offer. A great community resource!

My family and I love the East Area Y with so many wonderful facilities. It feels like an inclusive space for everyone for both exercise and access to the Arts. The childcare facilities and family and seniors friendly programs and community areas make the Y feel like a second home. I always feel welcome when I walk inside!
