Having a hot tub in the aquatic area, and of course a good lap pool. The staff is doing a good job finding lifeguards. I know the guards come and go quite rapidly. It's a challenge.
Swimming is what I do at the Y, so I have no opinion on the other areas.

Shelby is wonderful at woodland! She is calm and patient with the kids. Her and her team provide fun, engaging activities for the kids afterschool while providing a space for them to decompress after a long school day! She also posts lots of pictures in the remind app of their activities!
My Children love the staff. The hours are great for our needs. They provide fun activities for them and they offer full and half day needs as well.
It's care I can count on so I'm able to work. I know he will have fun with his friends till I'm able to pick him up. Super thankful for this option as a single mom who has to work.

Facility has accomodating hours ,, Is adequately staffed..Lifeguards are improving and attentive. This branch has alot to offer the community ,, a variety of classes, activities, and events.
Check in is quick and efficient..
There is some cold air coming into the pool area.. especially around the emergency door. That could use some improvement , but overall a good experience

Ymca offers many activities for our family. At reasonable costs. Friendly employees. After school program my daughter loves the teachers and the flexibility of it.
The facilities are great, and the staff are really helpful. I also like to sit and read for awhile after I’m through exercising.

I especially enjoy the variety of programs it offers. The Livestrong Program, in particular, has been a special blessing to me. I can't say about the quality training Jack McLoughlin provides, nor about the supportive climate he cultivates. I can also attest to the outstanding group exercise programs I have participated in: NIA, WERQ, Yoga, Zumba Gold and Dance Fit. The instructors are welcoming, knowledgeable, motivating, and approachable. I appreciate the communities they, too, build and lose myself in the fun of their classes! Lastly, I have participated in a few art programs, all excellent.
From the moment I set foot in the door at the Fayetteville Y, I feel welcomed. Welcomed by both the staff and the members. I have met so many remarkable people there and deeply treasure the friendships I have made.
During this season of Thanksgiving, know that I am grateful!

Excellent facility with great equipment, friendly and excellent staff!
The equipment is in good shape. The staff is kind, and most of the people who go to the gym are there to work out and not gossip and just sit on machines like other gyms.
Good variety and large spaces
From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel so welcomed when you are warmly greeted by the desk. The group exercise classes are taught by professional instructors who truly care about their participants and show ways to modify the exercises if needed.
We’re very lucky to have the Hal Welsh YMCA in our neighborhood!

There are many offerings
Staff is always cheerful and willing to assist with any questions. Facility is clean. Equipment is plentiful and in good condition.
