Close, clean, varied offerings, pool, and EGYM!!!
I like all the different programs offered especially for seniors. I love the e-circuit. The pickleball lessons are great and lots of courts to play especially during the winter

Members are very friendly. The staff greeting members when we check in are always cheerful and welcoming.
It is convenient to where I live and work so I can come anytime.

The swim classes are great workouts
Excellent for families especially those with young kids. It's a SAHM's life savior! Offering exceptional programs from little babies to the older community. You can usually find me in the sauna / steam room or running around the track! Thanks so much for being apart of our community NW YMCA
We used to live in bville and my daughter would do lessons and classes, or go to the prime time, but there were several occasions where she found the child care staff quite rude and uncaring to crying toddlers, and she since has refused to go back, as her empathy level is astounding and it upset her immensely:(
Then we moved to Skaneateles so it’s quite a drive, but the only reason I still go is because Joan is one of the best yoga instructors I’ve ever had, and her Monday evening class aligns well with my schedule. So big thanks to Joan, or I would have dropped my membership last year
Clean, lots of equipment always kept in good working order. Front desk staff is always friendly & helpful.
The variety of fitness activities although the line at the egym is often too long.
It is very clean compassionate and has programs for every age.Always willing to help in any situation.

EGym
Its clean and people are pleasant that work there.
It is an outstanding facility. Great equipment and well-trained staff. Everyone is very friendly. As a senior citizen, it is free for me.
I especially enjoy the stationary bicycle and therapy pool. Water in the showers is always nice and hot.
However, there has been a persistant problem with small flying insects in the showers. This has been an ongoing problem for years. The maintence staff have been doing their best, but I think you need to bring in a professional pest service to eradicate the insect problem. A monthly treatment might be required.
Friendly employees, yoga classes and EGYM .
I really like the facility and the people that go there and work there. The only negative is the cleanliness of the showers and the poor shower heads and sink faucets.
