The lap lanes are spacious but the water is cold. The therapy pool is good for people who are healing or have arthritis. Locker room is large and spread out with plenty of room. I don't use any other services.
Convenience and great offered programs
I like the friendly staff, both at the desk and in exercise areas I also appreciate how well all the areas are maintained. My only complaint would be that I would love more day hours available in the lazy river to just walk. I also realize that there is a problem filling lifeguard position. All things considered, I really enjoy the Northwest Y!
Pro's: Friendly, clean, vast variety of workout equipment, aquatic center w/steam room and sauna, the list is endless.
Con's: Very minor but I do miss the midday coffee or hot tea.
Thanks to all for providing the tools for me to maintain and improve my health.

Love your pool. Wish you were closer. 😊
I love the YMCA but I wish you'd stop harassing me with all of these surveys

The fact that everyone there has been friendly and helpful. The number of programs that are offered to people with health issues is wonderful.

Wide variety of classes.
Always makes me feel Welcome!!
Beautiful facility. The yoga class was crowded. Would be great if you offered more classes.
Worth the drive out there.
Friendly staff, lots of fitness options, not too crowded
Beautiful facility, great staff
Wish there were starting blocks and competitive pool. And more lap swimming during swim lessons as well as therapy pool opened for families during swim lessons- rather than closed entire time- like Maybe with rope or reserved slots?
Very clean, organized, well staffed and great programs
The Northwest Family YMCA facility is well-equipped and maintained. It is clean and bright and has an impressive variety of workout equipment and specialized spaces for exercising and socializing. In addition to all of the wellness programs offered at the facility, there is also a fabulous arts program. The studio space is open and airy and well suited for the variety of art courses offered there. The Northwest Family YMCA is truly a jewel in the community.

I like it at the NW YMCA. Wish there were more hours for pickleball.

Debbie and Mary Beth do an excellent job with their group exercise classes. So good in fact they are becoming quite full and a little crowded. We've even run out of chairs they are that good! Active Movers Plus and Chair Yoga are winners.
Suggestion: would it ever be possible to perhaps add an early afternoon class for either or both of these popular classes?
