I’m very happy with the services available from the Y. The facility is in good shape, kept clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful and available for any questions. It’s a definite improvement for our area.
Love the convenience of having a YMCA in my area. Staff is friendly, facility is clean. Love the classes they offer, but wished there were a wider variety of times.
Friendly, welcoming facility
I was there participating in the "Craze to Raise". I was so impressed with the entire YMCA team that pulled off an amazing fundraising event. I partcipated in the event, upon Donna's invitation. I really didn't know what I was getting myself into, but I figured a 3.5 hour workout that benefits our Annual Campaign, seemed like a GOOD THING -- and it was! Patty is amazing. Kudos to her for organizing and raising >$8K. All of the instructors were filled with positive energy and good vibes. And, the participants, over 100?! Wow. Thank you to Hal Welsh East Area Family YMCA for putting on this event. Greatful that I participated. THANK YOU.
The diversity. People of all ages, sizes, physical and mental abilities are involved and welcomed. Also lots of activities. Helpful staff.
The Gentle Yoga class
I really like the different options available for exercising. There are activities almost all day, whether taking a class, using the equipment, walking the track (my favorite) or using the pool

Staff is friendly and helpful to members. I enjoy the classes and have positive interaction with other members.
Easy to Join, nice pool and workout room. Have yet to try the other programs.
