It's always very clean. Staff and patrons are courteous. At mid-day when I go, machines are always available. I can watch TV while working out.

I love the YMCA and I love what it stands for. I started going ever since I was young, my mom would drop me and my siblings off at the children's room when we were really young, up until we were able to start working out in the exercise rooms; and since then, I have pretty much stayed with the YMCA throughout the years. The Manlius facility is one that I started using more as an adult but I love that it is always clean, that the people who work there are always friendly and helpful, and that it has enough options and room to be able to workout whether with a group or on your own and have enough time to exercise and leave in a timely manner that works for your schedule.
The gym, basketball courts exercise equipment and showers are top notch!

The Southwest YMCA is a pleasant location. The staff is extremely cordial, the facility is always clean and parking is hardly ever an issue.
