I enjoy the yoga classes, especially Didi and Jamie's classes. I have used the weight room equipment, but frankly some of the machines are pretty old. The facility is very nice though.

It has everything you need plus its good to work out in a clean environment and all the equipment you need also the a/c on a hot summer day is a big plus
The Y is a wonderful community. The sense of welcome and belonging begins at the check in desk. The staff here always have a smile. The instructors for exercise classes are positive and encouraging. They make an effort to know your name and goals. The folk who attend the equipment in the gym are informed and helpful. I am at home here at the Y.
