Great gym,space to exercise
I like that all ages come together to use the Y. It is an important part of our community. It's a community gathering place to enjoy each other while we build strong bodies.
Love the assortment, of machines that are available. Also the friendly atmosphere.
The pool. I enjoy doing water exercises by myself. There are lots of classes and exercise equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Very helpful Staff especially Nick with the e gym onboarding. He was so nice and helpful setting up my brother who was a guest and then immediately newly joined.

The egym
It’s clean! The staff is really friendly! It’s one of the best facilities in the Syracuse area. It offers a wide variety of activities & workouts.
It is vary clean and the workers are vary friendly there .and the life guards are out standing .
Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and the Plce is spotless.
The indoor ⅛ mile track.
Staff is friendly and accommodating. Offers great programs in racket sports. Programs are well organized and publicized (e.g. handouts at front desk, internet listings, Court Reserve).

Nice facility! Has the classes that I’m looking for
It has a walking track, a dedicated cycle room and large pool area. Not to mention all the gym floor space. It would be nice though if there were dedicated pickleball courts.
