My boys like how small it is and enjoy playing basketball there. Less crowded. I enjoy the treadmills and elliptical. It’s great how there’s something for everyone at the same time.

I like the indoor walking track. I like how my boys have others to play basketball with.

I find the staff is cordial and helpful. All of the areas inside are clean from the locker room to the fitness and exercise areas. A pleasant environment.

What do you like about your Southwest YMCA experience?

I use the machines and the track. I just started the Chair Yoga class a couple of weeks ago and am loving it. Staff is always friendly and attentive. This Y is close to my home which helps also.

Great fitness facility! The classes are amazing and the instructors are knowledgeable and motivating. And, the classes are all tailored for every fitness level. There are also a lot of classes to choose from to accommodate your fitness needs.

Love the lap pool.
And the steam room in winter. It is VERY hot and steamy. Not all are.
Love the Xpresso bikes. A great workout when the weather is unfriendly to an outdoor ride.
Appreciate the long hours available.
The Y is a great place to play when the weather gets rough.

EVERY ONE of the staff that I come in contact with is very capable, friendly, and helpful. The facilities are clean and well kept. Notices about changes in schedules are timely.

I like the variety of group exercise classes & that the Y & its instructors are so accommodating to people with special needs. I like that there is a pottery studio with classes, when I have a little more time I intend to sign up for one.

All the options and the Turf Filed. It was very Busy MLK day and they even opened the Lazy River which my son enjoyed!!
