Norris, our technician, is courteous, friendly and knows his stuff. He assures us that Terminex stands behind their promise to keep its customers bug free. I like the idea that we see a consistent face every quarter. He is always on time or calls if he is going to late.
It’s important to me that if I have any problems I can contact my service provider and he is right out here. I called my service technician one evening with a problem and he was out here the next morning. I couldn’t ask for better service than that. He treats my home as he would his own.
