Scheduling for routine pest control is always easy. They always come as scheduled, listen to any concerns, thorough and friendly.

The people in the office/customer service are very nice and helpful...
and the service person who came to our home, arrived exactly on time
and went way beyond the call of duty...as I told him due to the early hour
my garbage cans were still out at the end of the driveway and I would have
to move them so he could get out...I was amazed that he spontaneously offered
to bring both garbage cans to my garage...So kind and courteous.
Also, he assured me if there are any problems that we notice around here
w/ insects, that his work has a 6 week guarantee and to call if there was any problem.
We are very happy with the job he did and with Terminex in general...
I do not have any spraying inside the house, but if ever we have an issue,
like ants showing up on counters in the Springtime, they have helpful solutions and ways
that are not contaminating to the whole house and are helpful getting things like
that under control. They also look for termites and guarantee their work.

Norris,, he is so warm , friendly , and professional all in one ,,, my husband has been very ill and he used to handle all the house maintenance, etc, . ,, so I am in charge of all house issues and terminix / Norris has made this easier for me by answering questions and guiding me on caring for this part of my home ,,, I also like how terminix reminds you of time to schd your next service , and Norris is always punctual and reminds me of appt ,,,
