I have been extremely lucky using Terminix and have never had an issue and hardly ever a callback outside of the normal service.

When I call the office I am greeted kindly and offered several dates to choose from. My serviceman is always Norris who is so very sweet. We feel very comfortable having him in our home which we appreciate.

Terminex has always responded if we’ve had an issue. They easily reachable. While Terminex is a little pricey compared to what we pay at our other residence, we are impressed with the ability to communicate and their efficiency when scheduling appointments.
