Terminex has always responded if we’ve had an issue. They easily reachable. While Terminex is a little pricey compared to what we pay at our other residence, we are impressed with the ability to communicate and their efficiency when scheduling appointments.

hello everything is always top notch...
The only complaint I have is that we are losing another technician because he has to go to another area to work. This makes two techs that we have lost so we will have a third person to do our service. Why can't the techs stay in the areas that they work at presently? We had really good techs and it sucks that have to lose another one. :(
