His answers to my questions are thorough and complete. Our technician Kevin is a fantastic person. He always has an attitude that makes me smile. He is never in a hurry to get in & out like other service providers I have had with other companies. That said, he doesn’t waste time. I feel free to ask questions and he will get an answer if he doesn’t have it already.
On the technical side…
We are interested to see if the new mosquito treatments are as effective the previous one.
The Georgetown SC office is very professional end I would recommend them to anyone who is in the area or moving to Georgetown SC.

John is just awesome. Very friendly, answers all questions. In fact, I don’t know about all the Terminex offices but this particular office in Georgetown is very good, from the person that answers the phone to the service people in the field. I am extremely happy with them!!!
