On time technician, clean application and professional
The Terminix technician has been coming to my home for many years. He’s always on time and listens to any question I may have. He’s very knowledgeable of the pests we have in the area and responsive.
James arrives on time as does a great job. He also explains his visit and reviews his service of our house before he leaves.
When I contact the office, everyone had been helpful and able to schedule services when I am available. John arrives a few minutes early for appointments and is friendly as well as helpful.
I appreciate the team of the Terminix of Georgetown.
Zack is my lawn care guy, he always has a great attitude and address all of my issues and concerns. I am very pleased with the service that he provided.

We have Terminix Termite, Pest and Mosquito service. Earlier this year we were told that Terminix was combining the Pest and Mosquito service. We still get seperate bills. I really dont't undeerstand the billing relative to the two services.
