The most recent service by Terminex was performed by a new technician assigned to our route. Cole was very professional and courteous. He let me know he was at my home for our routine service and would be spraying the outside of our home as noted on the account.
He actually came to the door upon completing the work and asked me to sign. I asked him about the spraying on the screen porch and upon my letting him know the porch has been unlocked, he went back and sprayed the porch.
I actually saw him removing spider webs around the outside of my home, something that no other technician has ever done.
I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy shown by the technician. This was the best service I have observed from any Terminex technician in a very long time.
