The first item that gives me the most satisfaction is that I can depend on my Terminix Serviceman, Bryson McBrayer. Why? He is dependable. He is courteous. He makes sure his visits are scheduled in a timely manner. He follows up with me when it is time for his monthly inspections for mosquitoes. And, he always makes sure my Termite inspections are done in a timely and professional manner.
Service like that is what makes Terminix a dependable company to do business with on a monthly and annual basis. Having the same Company Representative [serviceman] serve my home needs has proven to be quality service with a smile.

Our new serviceman was very efficient and friendly. He didn't overshare or talk too much/long like others have in the past. He was nice, did his job, and moved on - which is what I prefer. He noticed that I have an infant and made sure to ask what rooms she sleeps in so he wouldn't spray any harmful chemicals near her things.
