I prefer to have an appointment set up in advance...instead of a phone call saying, "I'm in
your area and can do it now." I will make certain that I am here next year! When I checked the baiting traps, I feel that a few had not been checked. The "detector" gadget should have caught those that had stones on top. One trap still had moss on top that wasn't 'broken'...it should have been if it had been opened. Weather wise...it was drizzling a little...maybe he was in a hurry! But then...if I do get termites...that'll be your problem.
They are prompt with appointment calls and service. Technician is thorough and if need, will return if need.
