You always wonder about a service that charges per visit, but their service is almost always never seen, this what a Termite service does, so you have to believe and trust the service to do their job.
This is exactly what Terminix does, their service is mostly hidden, but you have to trust their service is what you pay for, and they have proven to me , time and time again that they understand what is needed and execute to perfection.
