I love everything about Terminix, from the effectiveness of the product, to there friendly and knowledgeable ladies who answer the phone when you call the office,like Rhonda and Penny who have always been so very sweet and helpful. To the wonderful technicians they have that come out to treat you home for pests. Justin usually services my home, inside and out. He does an outstanding job, very through. He doesn't miss a corner, sprays in all the closets.. gets everywhere. Outside he will knock down any old nasty looking webs under the eves and around the windows before he even starts to spray. Then he sprays down everything. He understands how much I hate those spiders so he really takes good care of me. I sure appreciate him for doing that. But if I ever need him to come back out, in-between quarterly treatment, that no problem. I just call the office and one of those sweet ladies like Rhonda will send Justin my way ASAP!! I have been with Terminix for over 20 years. That should tell you it's a wonderful company, because it is!! Thanks Terminix for all you do and thanks for having such wonderful employees that really care working for you! You and they are the BEST, Summer Stuart
