Terminix has taken great care of me over the years. They helped rid my house of a mouse problem and the critters are long gone. The technicians are always thorough and professional, yet cordial and friendly.

Rick has been servicing our home for many years- very faithful in calling well in advance to set up the appointment. When he arrives, he is ALWAYS several minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment, gets to the job immediately, explains any concerns, etc. What a wonderful world this would be if every working person had the same code of ethics that Rick has. The technician that comes out is always very thorough. He goes into our crawl space and inspects the entire area. He lets us know what he sees and what we maybe need to check on ourselves.
