our recent scheduled exterminator visit with Tyler was an excellent experience. we talked about the issues we were having with ants and some spots on the exterior wall and he displayed considerable knowledge of how to deal with the ants and other pests and was diligent in wiping/brushing spider webs (and the "spots on the wall"). i appreciate his candidness and helpful attitude to our issues and needs. it was also good to get to know Tyler a bit as we also talked about family and community as we walded and worked around the house.

I appreciated the fact that a Terminix Specialist came to my home on the same day that I called. He was very professional and quick to find the problem areas. I was given a lot of excellent information that helped me to know that I had the right company.
I was provided a breakdown of costs and what would be done on the day of their treatment plan. When the gentlemen arrived they immediately performed their services due to being experts and knowledgeable about their craft.
The treatment services did not take up much of my day. They performed their job well and I am a satisfied customer. I signed up for the plan to provide me with periodic home visits to keep the bugs away.
