Courteous in communications and in customer service. I love that you receive notifications of upcoming service and the fact that you don't have to stay home for that. Helpful and will do everything in their power to help you resolve the issues at hand. In the 5 years I had them as pest control service provider, I never had any problems with Terminix or their techs that come out to the property to do the scheduled treatment.

Your representative seems to do a good job. However, the last time he was here to do the ant service the grass was wet and when he left it was raining. It wasn't long and it rained hard a lot of the night. He w!I'll probably need to redo that treatment.
