I ve been with Terminix for about 14 years when I was a renter. Dale was my technician for about 7 years. He would explain things and always made me feel like I was family. He made it easy to stay with the company. I know he’s gone to training now so he’s not in the field as much. What I like about the company is having a technician like Dale. I’ve met many and this last one is becoming into another Dale. Don’t remember his name all because I’ve become cautious of everyone.
The service technician was so kind and took the time to make a through inspection which made me know that I was given the service that was exceptional!
