Tech provides friendly, reliable service and does the little things that make a big difference- sweeping cobwebs, replacing traps in attics/entries as needed. Plus, when calling a live person answers and answers whatever my question may be (paying bill, setting or changing appointments, etc).
Services appear to be thorough, and company has a good reputation. The only reason I did not give a "10" is that when called to address a problem - often the tech or service is not available for days at a time.

Appointment arrivals are prompt and on time, and the service seems to clear away all insects for three months. Also, our termite contract seems to be working well.
