Very professional and knowledgeable and Terminix is on time. Techs are also very kind and they don’t take shortcuts. They do the job right. Misty did a very thorough job spraying for mosquitoes and also thoroughly checking the crawl space.

Easy to schedule. Professionals doing the service work. Always on time. Cost is a little high, but manageable. Guess you get what you pay for. Easy to do autopay and spread out the yearly maintenance costs.

Do a thorough job of checking and spraying as well as wiping down around the windows. Chris, when he first arrives always checks to see if there are or have been any issues that need to be addressed.
I like that you call to schedule appointments. That helps us set our calendars to be present.
Our technician seems to really care about the condition of our home and can pivot when a situation that requires his attention arises. Example: My wife was home during our last treatment. She had observed a strange situation where we had a fly infestation on our screened porch. The tech immediately recognized the problem and rectified the situation. We have not had flies show up since his treatment.
