I appreciate that I don’t have to schedule my day around the tech visits or wait for hours. Terminex sets their appointment times as opposed to being given a window of time ( anytime between 9:00 am - 11:30 am). Also, I see the same tech each time, which I prefer!

We have to give a shout out to our tech, Thomas. When he does the quarterly service, he is personable and professional and efficient. We had to postpone our normal last service because my wife and I both had Covid and then a scheduled vacation so there was at least a month delay. We expected to find, at least, some activity when we returned but there was nothing. Great Job.
